Scott is, ironically, from Scotland. With a passion for sports and the great outdoors, it made sense to make the move to Australia 8 years ago. Scott’s background in technology sales and his natural ability to establish and build relationships has made him a natural within the specialist recruitment sector. 

Founding Focus Group was with the motivation to help others within the industry reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. “ I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals not only in work but in life overall, I live a fantastic life so why shouldn't anyone else?” - Scott Robertson 

Outside of the Focus office, Scott can be found checking out new places around Sydney, reading autobiographical books, spending time outdoors with mates or down at the Clovelly Hotel for a bite and drink or four watching the Parramatta Eels play.
